weight loss

During the first half of December 2009 your humble narrator ate an average of 1509.25 calories per day and lost a total of one pound.

was it worth the effort? I've been considering a weight loss plan since all my pants are tight right now, but it is so much work, especially living overseas.

slow and steady wins the race.
PLUS, changing your eating habits is a great long-term benefit.
once you get back to yoga the weight will fall off more quickly.
